In 2017 Egyptian entrepreneur and businessman Jamal Othman became the largest shareholder and eventually the Chairman of AIH.

In 2021, the B.o.D appointed Hazem Moustafa as a Board Member & Chief Executive Officer, to pursue the value creation process & assure growth & sustainability for all stakeholders.
